By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting Fresh Fades Barbershop located at 101 Cottage Ave Ste K, Cashmere, WA 98815, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Fresh Fades Barbershop provides professional barbering services including:
- Haircuts (buzz cuts, regular cuts, detailed cuts)
- Fades and tapers (low, mid, high)
- Beard trimming and shaping
- Hot towel shaves
- Kids' haircuts (12 & under)
- Eyebrow shaping
- Traditional barbering services
All services are performed by licensed barbers in accordance with Washington State regulations.
3. Booking and Appointments
Booking Policy
- Appointments can be booked online at freshfades.app/booking or by calling (509) 669-4465
- Walk-ins are welcome but appointments take priority
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time
- Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on service complexity
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments
Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
- Same-day rescheduling subject to availability
- We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes
4. Payment and Pricing
Current pricing is available on our website and in-shop. We accept:
- Cash
- Credit and debit cards
- Digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
Special Pricing: We offer discounted rates for active and veteran military, police, firefighters, and EMT personnel with valid ID.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for your appointment
- Inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns
- Provide accurate contact information for appointment confirmations
- Communicate clearly about your desired service and expectations
- Follow post-service care instructions
- Treat our staff and other clients with respect
- Maintain appropriate behavior and language in the shop
6. Health and Safety
We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Washington State Board of Cosmetology regulations. We:
- Sanitize all tools between clients
- Use disposable items where appropriate
- Maintain clean workstations and facilities
- Follow all state health and safety guidelines
Client Health: Please inform us if you have any contagious conditions, open wounds, or skin infections. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LIABILITY NOTICE
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You understand that barbering services involve the use of sharp instruments and chemicals that carry inherent risks. By receiving our services, you assume these risks.
Service Limitations
- Accidents and Injuries: Fresh Fades Barbershop and its employees are not liable for accidents, injuries, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after service, except in cases of gross negligence
- Hair Damage: While we strive for excellence, we are not responsible for hair damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, previous chemical treatments, or failure to disclose relevant hair history
- Allergic Reactions: We are not liable for allergic reactions to products used during service. Please inform us of any known allergies
- Unsatisfactory Results: Hair styling is subjective. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any service you are unsatisfied with, but our liability is limited to the cost of the original service
Maximum Liability
In no event shall Fresh Fades Barbershop's total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Insurance
Fresh Fades Barbershop maintains professional liability insurance as required by law. This insurance does not cover client negligence or pre-existing conditions.
8. Photography and Media
We may request to photograph your haircut for promotional purposes. Your consent is always required, and you may:
- Decline to be photographed
- Request that photos not be used for marketing
- Ask for photos to be removed from our social media
By consenting to photography, you grant us the right to use your image for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Inappropriate behavior or language
- Intoxication or impairment
- Health or safety concerns
- Failure to pay for previous services
- Unreasonable service requests
